RESIDENTIAL

Crescent City has wonderful examples of historic Florida architecture in its residential and commercial areas. Some great examples can be viewed in our virtual walking tour guide for Crescent City. However, many more examples of these historic buildings can be seen if you come in person.

Do you want out of the "rat race" and the traffic jams? Living you life in your car just to travel for basic necessities? Consider a move to historic Crescent City, where you can leave that stressful hustle and bustle behind you. Crescent City's peaceful, rural setting still has the basic needs that can be accessed by walking, by riding your bicycle…or even by golf cart. Yes, we are a golf cart friendly community and it is a great way to get around town whether it is for leisure, to visit your friends or take care of some shopping needs.

Maybe you would prefer to travel by water. From Crescent Lake, you can access anywhere in the world by boat! Of course, if you start to miss the rat race, Daytona, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Sanford, Jacksonville, Gainesville and even Orlando are 45 to 75 minutes away. (Trips to Jacksonville or Sanford by boat are not uncommon)

You can be a part of Crescent City's Old Florida appeal. Our local real estate professionals will help you find the perfect spot whether you want to be a full time resident, a winter resident (aka "a snowbird"), or just a vacation get away resident. Contact Century 21 Triton Realty or Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, Inc for local listings.
